Toolbox is sold online. We do not ship any physical items. The only thing you buy is a license.

We can't promise any support what so ever. If we charge a huge amount of money then we can provide some kind of support. However we hate having Basic, Standard, Professional editions, so there is only one version for all and no support, that makes it simpler for everybody. There are no volume licenses. There are no discounts.

Toolbox is still alpha quality and is going through many changes. Compatibility may break. You may loose data. Things may stop working. We hope you won't get hit by this. If you do please let us know so we can prevent it from happening to others.

Refund is not possible. No money back guarantee. We expect you to be absolutely sure what it is you are buying, by trying it out until you are truely convinced that you really want to own it.

Please have patience when communicating with us, we are a one man company. We will reply ASAP, however it may take several days depending on the circumstances. Usually we are at job monday until friday, but there might be exceptions where we are out of town.

You have no rights to sue us for anything. Sorry for our arrogance. We are a one man company and there is no sales department, no support department, no marketing department, no accounting department and there is no quality department. We have no lawyers and no patents.
